Beth Jordan

Beth Jordan is the Founder and Principal of Adobe Consulting Services. With over 20 years of leadership experience, Beth is a sought-after management consultant, facilitator and speaker, who is recognized for her ability to effectively lead organizations and large groups to an understanding and achievement of their common goals. She is a strategic thinker and skilled organizational developer who has collaborated and consulted with local, provincial, national and international non-governmental organizations (NGO’s) on a range of organizational development issues. Beth has successfully secured over $13 million in major capital and service expansion funds for her clients. She is the recipient of the 2005 Women of Distinction Award for Social Justice and the 2006 Premiers Award.  Beth is a member in good standing of the Association for Strategic Planning.

Marsha Clarke

We are excited that Marsha Clarke has come onboard as a partner. After honing her strategic marketing skills with Canada’s big brands like Chapters, Purolator, and McDonalds, she led her own communication studio for 13 years. Marsha and her team level the communications playing field and allow not-for-profit organizations to take advantage of a full suite of marketing strategies, tools and channels. Taking complex communication challenges and packaging them into simple messaging products that grow stakeholder engagement is what our clients can expect to experience. Douglas Stewart

Douglas has an extensive track record of providing training and organizational development that creates common language and frameworks between individuals, teams and levels of an organization; utilizing models and theories that break through resistance to change, create change agents, and transform organizational cultures. He has significant experience with complaints investigation and leadership capacity building. Douglas specializes in healthcare, social services, the not–for-profit, and community-based sectors and has significant experience working for community-based organizations with mandates focused on social change and issues of marginalization.

Wendy Pinder

Wendy is a successful health services leader and organizational capacity builder. For the past 14 years she has specialized in helping organizations to achieve their desired potential and improve overall effectiveness through program reviews, strategic planning, governance and board development, program planning and evaluation and quality improvement initiatives. Wendy is a member of the Canadian Evaluation Society.

Mason Mccoll

Mason is has strong roots in feminist and gender justice organizations. He has spent the last decade doing trans-inclusive policy advising and development, LGBTQ advocacy and social justice education. Mason provides policy and organizational development support to not-for-profit organizations that are looking to become more inclusive and efficient. He also delivers workshops and trainings on healthy masculinity, resisting white supremacy, consensus-building, and the social determinants of health. Mason is passionate about designing innovative educational resources that make challenging concepts relevant and accessible to their audiences.

Marylin Kanee

Marylin brings both breadth and depth to her work. For over 25 years, she has been helping organizations address workplace conflict, harassment, discrimination, violence, and domestic violence. She has extensive knowledge and expertise in workplace education, conflict resolution, and policy development. Her work is anchored in her commitment to health equity and human rights. Marylin led Mount Sinai Hospital’s Human Rights and Health Equity office for 18 years. Prior to that she worked at a community college as a professor and Human Rights Advisor/Trainer and in several community-based not-for-profit organizations.

Kim Borden Penney

Kim Borden Penney is a seasoned operations
and financial non-profit professional who consults with organizational leadership on a broad variety of financial and operational issues. Kim is a Certified Financial Analyst, holds a M.B.A from McGill University, Master of Education from University of Toronto, and Bachelor of Science from McGill University. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Social Justice Education at the University of Toronto. The focus of her research is to engage in the consciousness-raising of business leaders that will challenge and change practices for a more inclusive work place.

Jana_Rae
Jana-rae yerxa
Jana-Rae Yerxa is Anishnaabe from Couchiching, First Nation, located in Treaty #3 territory. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from Lakehead University and a Master of Arts degree, in Indigenous Governance, from the University of Victoria. Jana-Rae has 15 years of professional experience assisting families and individuals navigating systems in the mental health, health, justice and child welfare sectors. Her advocacy and analytical skills have assisted and led community mobilization efforts around social justice issues regarding racism and gendered violence. Ms. Yerxa has participated in the development of educational resources and tools as well as facilitated training sessions, for boards and communities, on settler colonialism, connecting it to organizational practice, including how to begin to address anti-Indigenous racism in the workplace. As a post-secondary educator, published writer and poet, her work is grounded in Indigenous feminisms and decolonial frameworks. She remains committed to justice.

John Miller

John is a skilled consultant who has been providing organizational development, policy development, and operational and strategic planning services to not-for-profits, philanthropic organizations and governments in the social service, health sectors, as well as some work with the private sector. Much of his work has been in the HIV AIDS and early child development sectors, including ongoing consulting work for an international funders’ collaborative working in Africa, South America and Asia.
