The African and Black Diaspora Global Network on HIV and AIDS (ABDGN) would not have achieved its amazing growth, visibility, and respect in the global HIV/AIDS sector without the guided expertise of Adobe Consulting, in particular Beth Jordan. Ms. Jordan had the opportunity to lend her divergent skills set to help ABDGN achieve two critical tasks: the development and implementation of a 3 year strategic plan; and the development and implementation of a comprehensive multi-layered communication strategy, including the re-branding of ABDGN. Both tasks required an immense vision and commitment not only to the internal processes of ABDGN, but to the broader global implications of shared disparities across the Diaspora for African, Black, and migrant/immigrant/refugee populations (ABD).
